I've previously done lighterlife total before and lost loads and got down to 8st 10and felt fab!!
Then life got in the way.
Then last year I had my son and lost 4st for my wedding. I've now put 1st back on and I'm where I was when I started lighterlife!
So I know what's in store for me and I'm scared of the next three days- i definitely need some motivation while that nasty "piss off sugar" headache rules over me over the next few days!
Could do with some inspirational first week losses please :-))
