    Starting tomorrow!!

    Eek!!!

    I've previously done lighterlife total before and lost loads and got down to 8st 10and felt fab!!

    Then life got in the way.

    Then last year I had my son and lost 4st for my wedding. I've now put 1st back on and I'm where I was when I started lighterlife!

    So I know what's in store for me and I'm scared of the next three days- i definitely need some motivation while that nasty "piss off sugar" headache rules over me over the next few days!

    Could do with some inspirational first week losses please :-))

    03/02/14 - 13st 9lb (-3lb)
    10/02/14 - 13st 6.5lb (2.5lb) slimmer of week!

    Club 10 - 12st 9lb - target date 31/03/14
    1st Interim - 11st - target date 14/07/14
    2nd Interim - 9st 11lb - target date - 22/09/14
    Final PAT - 8st 10lb - target date - 05/01/15

    Good luck :-) I hope you have an easy first week as I had. I'm wondering when you've done it before and you know what to expect it maybe doesn't seem as bad?! I'll keep my fingers crossed for you!
