    Restarter - again!!!!

    Thinking of restarting s&s as I'm a nitemare around food! Last time I did this I preferred the shakes as I felt fuller for longer. Does anyone do shakes only? I'm planning on having 4 shakes per day. Thanks for any advise.

    I do just shakes as I too find it easier. First few days hard as you know but after that it's just mental hunger rather than actual hunger. Did you decide to go for it?

    30/4 - 12.3 lost 4lbs
    7/5 - 11.13 - lost 4lbs - wow very chuffed
    14/5 - 11.11 - lost 2lbs - ok
    21/5 - 11.7 - lost 4lbs - pleased as had a dinner out this week
    28/5 - 11.5 - lost 2lbs - not great but at least its down not up!!
    4/6 - 11.0 - lost 5lbs
    11/6 - STS - boo hiss - not impressed!
    18/6 - 10.10 lost 4lbs
    23/6 - 10st 8 - lost 2lbs - happy as 2 days early
    2/7 - 10st 5lbs - lost 3lbs
    9/7 - 10st 3lbs - lost 2lbs -
    12/7 - 10st 1lb - lost 2lbs - very pleased as early WI
    19/7 - 10.0 - lost 1lb - good as had 3 days off plan for birthday
