Restarter - again!!!!
Thinking of restarting s&s as I'm a nitemare around food! Last time I did this I preferred the shakes as I felt fuller for longer. Does anyone do shakes only? I'm planning on having 4 shakes per day. Thanks for any advise.

I do just shakes as I too find it easier. First few days hard as you know but after that it's just mental hunger rather than actual hunger. Did you decide to go for it?
