Well, today is the day! I'm fed up of feeling like a huge beached whale all of the time and I need to feel human again so I'm ready to get started.
I have my week of shakes, meals and bars sorted and thought I'd get the first 3 days out of the way before going back to work as I've been told these are the toughest.
