Hmmm I keep thinking this diet is too good to be true.

So far my weight loss has been great - fingers crossed for Thurs

Ive read about people complaining about cost on CD etc - £25 a week for Exante - fantastic

Have read about people gagging with shakes etc or hating the soups. Ive tried all the soups and like them Ive tried all the shakes except banana and so far so good, actually the strawberry one Im having just now is lovely cold, much nicer than the choc one cold.

Ok Ive still got a bit of a rumbly tummy but really.... it seems too good to be true lol

Exante is great value for money and the soups are lovely and creamy just a pity i dont like them now lol,(Would be ideal if i could find someone that only likes the soups lol i could get the bumper pack all the time and swap the soups for the shakes! lol) I love the shakes and bars though and the bars are so much more filling than the CD ones and taste really nice as well so all in all yeah i would say Exante is a winner.. Good luck for weigh in!

Great, bet that 12lbs spurs you on no end! Scale hopping is allowed in the first couple of weeks of a VLCD lol

Thanks guys, cant wait for the official wi tomorrow to get my ticker updated

I have to admit todays the first day I havent felt hungry in the slightest

Only had one shake so far today - banana, first one Ive tried, and thankfully I like it, reminds me of something but I cant put my finger on what it is.

Im rather sad, I moved house a few months ago and my house looks like the Next Catalogue lol I kinda overdid the shopping there, I bought a set for my kitchen which consisted of a tea/coffee/sugar container, biscuit tin and huge big bread tin. I have a bread tin that I already use so I put it in a cupboard and kept crisps and things in it. I cleared them out and put all my shakes and soups in it so Im being totally sad and having a lucky dip with my soup and shake... ok so meal wise its the only excitement I get.. Wonder what soup itll be tonight
