Good luck on your new start. Thats the reason I went with S&S in the first place, the 'real' food aspect. I need to learn portion control, how can I do that with just bars and shakes.

Hiya, yeah I got some meals, can't wait to try one. Hopefully tomorrow tea ;-)

Good luck hunni! The meals are why I moved here from Cambridge. And I must admit, the shakes and bars taste much better over here too :)
 
Welcome and good luck on S & S.

I have a meal every day bulked out with my veg allowance. It does help to make you feel less deprived.
 
SO am still waiting for my packs, due tomorrow.
but still starting it 100% from morning with last few LT shakes and i cant wait....ready for my ketosis and my weight to go down.....
soooooo want to be skinny this summer.....
cant wait to wear my skinny jeans and my small tops.....

Day 1 and received my pack early this mornin. So Had a late breakfast n I had my porridge n I loved it. Wow. It was so yummy.
But got bad headaches n no amount of water would shift it, it's crap withdrawal ;-)
Got a bottle of coke zero for when I get really bad sugar craving n withdrawal. Will have a shake later n my bar tonight as that's when I tend to eat the whole house down.
Am saving my meals for the weekends! I'll call them my treats ;-)
Am so excited and I know I will get to goal this time, just before summer starts.
Can't wait to start ticking my mini goals.
Roll on day 2.
 
Day 3 today, first day was ok but last night I had a major blip, we received some very very bad news about my beloved father in law :'( n broke my diet coz we were all in so much shock n disbelief! He's ok though,
Me n hubby ended up having take outs very late last night after bucket of tears n 2 bottles of wine to drown our sorrows! Life is a ***** at times! N it's always good honest people that suffer!
But back on it today, I will beat this flab.
 
Sorry to hear about your news hunni. Dont worry about the blip, afterall, it was only a blip. Lots of water and back on the wagon will sort that out.

I don't think I can cry anymore! The word cancer is so horrible :-(
Every time I look at my father in law's face, I burst out in tears! Bless him, he's like my own dad. Diet still crap, I start off with good intentions, have 2 TFR's, then I fall off the wagon at night :':)'(
But I will keep on trying! Start again in morning!

Cancer sucks hun.... Went through a similar thing with my friend just before Xmas.....

Know its hard but for now try to not be too sad.... Make the most of this time and there is plenty of time for being sad later...

Think to yourself what would he want you to do??? He'd want to to be happy and healthy....

But if you need to eat at the moment maybe take control again and have 2 products and a meal.... just for a few days.... you'd still be on relatively little calories.....

You can do it hun!!!!

Most of all look after yourself and if that means a few days off then so be it!!!!

Well what a week I've had! It's been so stressful n horrible. Putting it all behind me now n back on it from morning!
Honestly I can't wait, we've lived on take outs whole week n I've put weight on n it'll take me a bit longer to lose now but still hoping to be at goal by end of may 2012.
