Bad night last nightfinished work really late was knackered had to do dinner for titch as OH was away overnight then put her to bed. So by the time I'd done that it was 8:30 which might not seem overly late but I've normally eaten by 6pm! Instead of making a pack up I had a sausage and a piece off the bacon joint that was left over. Nothing else but felt so bad about it, posting it here to show that yup it can get to any of us at times.
Made me realise I like routine take me outta that or throw me from it and I can't deal with it lol
So today firmly sticking to breakfast at 7:45 mid morning bar at 11am lunch about 1:30-2pm then dinner at 6pmlet's see how that works. Yes I am real and I am human I slip up from time to time but NOT going self sabotage to punish myself
just get back on track and need to drink more fluids not just tea
