Mission Slim-possible! (Shivie's Journey)
Hi all you super-slimmers out there!
Yet again I am back to try a third time to lose the weight and get my mojo back! Hope the "third time lucky" rule will apply!
I've been unspeakably baaaaaad food-wise since Easter. The Easter bunny made me do it...he did, he did! :o
My weaknesses are (and probably always will be, but in moderation in future and only on special occasions not EVERY FLIPPING DAY!):
- Creamy pasta dishes
- Fish & chips
- Cup cakes (the Tesco ones)
- Pizza & garlic bread
So I have a plan and if I can stick to it and check in here each day for the amazing support I should be okay.
I'm going to do a master cleanse for the next 3 days (i.e the lemon, cayenne & maple syrrup one) to try and lose 5lbs
Then it's back to the Slim & Save plan.
My friend's wedding is coming up on June 2nd and if I could lose a stone at least by then I'd be very happy.
I got down to 136lbs for a wedding last October and felt absolutely AMAZING so I know IT'S MORE THAN POSSIBLE.
I am going on hols (just a "staycation"!) the last week of June and have previously ALWAYS been the fattest one in the group
and totally self-conscious about it so I would LOVE if this time was different so I could just relax and enjoy being on holiday.
So here goes, once again, and may this be THE time I can MAKE IT HAPPEN!
