Thought I'd start a diary to try to keep me on the straight and narrow and to record my journey to slim1day.
Day 3 today and a wee bit disappointed;
Day 1 weighed 13st 11.75lb
Day 2 weighed 13st 11lb
Today 13st 12lb!!!
I know I probably shouldn't weigh everyday but i find it gives me the incentive to carry on if I've lost even the smallest amount. But to find that I've gained 1lb since yesterday grrrrrrrr is annoying. But I'm not going to let it get me down and hopefully tomorrow the scales will show a loss.

that slight gain could be a few things, totm approaching? not drinking enough water? Dont let it bother you cos believe me if you stick to plan the scales will go down down down
