Classing today as my first day doing slim and save, I want to lose around 12lb I had my little girl On the 2nd august 2012 after I had her I weighed in at 11st 5 lb
I returned to slimming world and lost a further. 7lb which now makes me 10st 12 lb but the last 3 weeks I have stayed the same even tho stuck to plan so I decided to try s&s to lose the last of my weight,
So this is my first diary entry:
B: vanilla shake
L: truffle bar
D: chicken,courgette, spring onion,mushrooms
2nd dinner: mac cheese
So far 2 litres water

(didn't measure today)
- 2 inch loss............................Wk 20 - 3lbs
