    My Diary

    Well, I've decided to join S&S for the remainder of my weight loss journey. I keep bingeing on food and I'm not even sure why I do it so today I put all the food that I'll eat in the bin & started using my shakes.

    Starting weight at 11st1lbs

    Day 1!
    So far, feeling okay, a bit of a rumbly tum but I know it'll go soon, 1L of water down already & 1 shake. Got a meeting with my little ones keyworker at 3 so that will keep me busy I'm sure lol

    Already weeing loads today lol! Not doing much over the weekend which is why I decided to start today so when little one goes back to school on Monday I should be in ketosis already making school run easier =]

    OMG you have done amazingly well so far! Best of luck with SnS, I've just (re)started this week.
    We are similar heights, I'm either 5ft1 or 5ft2 depending on how the Boots scales measures me
    Starting weight (this time) somewhere just under 10stone...can I get under 9 stone in 5 weeks time???

    I find that with my height I'm either 5ft1 or 5ft2 lol

    Day 2 so far so good. Keeping my mind off food lol and so far only had one shake got a slight headache which I'm hoping will pass soon.
    Woke up a few times during the night for a wee lol must remember to not drink half a litre before I get in to bed!
