A week in and feeling down.....

Well, that's me completed my first week, lost 5lbs but this has disappointed me

Am I being silly....? I expected to lose about 8lbs, I've been really good, totally stuck to plan, drank loads of water.....

Anyway, that will not put me off, I will continue!

Don't be disappointed, keep plodding on. The pounds add up in the end and there isn't a quicker way of doing it than this xx

Hi hun, 5lbs is great, remember it takes a while for your body to adjust, stick with it for a 2nd week and i bet you'll have a cracking loss x

Restarting Slim and Save on 29.01.13 after 8lb Xmas gain

Overall weight loss (with SW and WW)
