    my very first day on s&s

    Hi, its my first day on s&s today I did Cambridge in 2011 but didn't loose all weight before Christmas and then couldn't start back up again afterwoods so not sure how much iv put back on (goin weighin at boots now) so I'm looking to go keep goin till its all gone this time! Dreadin first few days I'm already starvin xx
    Feb 11- sep11 weight watchers lost 21lb
    START OF CABRIDGE 23/10/11
    1st week...14lb
    2nd week...4lb
    3rd week...5lb
    4th week...3lb
    5th week...5lb
    6th week...3lb
    7th week...3lb
    8th week...+8lbate for 5days(planned)
    9th week...no weigh in
    10th week...7lb

    Slim and save begins 2/01/13
    1st week...-10lb

    Hi

    It's my first day today too. I always tend to do slim fast and give up after 2 weeks but I'm here today waiting for mr postman to deliver my food.
    He should be here within the hour and I can get started on breakfast. Gonna go down and have a large glass of water to get me started.

    Good luck with your weight loss journey, I am nearly 3 months in to having 4 packs a day and have lost just over 3 stone.
    1st goal - get into the 14st bracket.
    2nd goal - get to 12st13.5lb by the start of the summer school holidays
    3rd goal - get to target by start of school term in September

    Wow that's amazing. My first goal is 2 stone which I was hoping to do by May but by the sounds of it, it may come alot sooner than that.
    I just have to stick to it. As soon as I see results I know it will spur me on x x x

    Lost 130lbs from July 2011 to June 2012. Have been maintaining since then but now have returned to lose the extra I put on whilst trying to work out how to maintain!

    Maintenance extra weight 15 lbs.
    Started SnS on 6th Sept to lose the excess.

    start weight 12 st 1 lb - target 11 st 0 lb
    week 1 : 11 st 8 lb (7 lb lost)

    week 2 : 11 st 7.5 lb (0.5 lb lost)
    week 3.5 : 11 st 6 lbs (1.5 lb lost)

    Just about to have first shake, I lost 3 stone in 8 weeks on Cambridge so know I can do it, n iv just weighed myself n iv put 2 stone on after loosing 5 so determined good luck everyone x

    I'm gonna have my first one too. Have held out this long as I tend to get hungrier in the evening. Busied myself with housework etc. got the starter pack and I don't know what I fancy first. Might go with the ones I don't really expect to like first, while I have the willpower x x x

    I just meal planned everything. I'm having a very indulgent day on Sunday. Porridge, veggie soup choc bar and cottage pie. Can't wait.
    I'm having a banana shake first. Just about to make it up don't know whether to have it as a shake or make it a bit thicker like a mousse x

    I just added half the water and put it in the fridge for a bit. It was more like custard than mousse but made a change x
