evening folks!

I am starting S&S again on monday. I am just getting rid of all the naughty stuff first. I like this diet and was annoyed with myself when I fell off the wagon so this time I will do it! I have my graduation in June so want to be a couple of stones lighter by then.

I will weigh myself monday, reset all my stats and get going. I will be on here very often :D

thanks, scarily I'm looking forward to getting back on the wagon. Although the first 3 days do fill me with dread
 
Once you're passed day 3 it will be fine just keep at it

So the day has arrived. I have weighed myself and pleasantly surprised I've not put all my weight back on! So, the water is in the fridge ready to go, the shaker on the side. Time to get the show on the road

nearly through day one and not too bad. Had a weakness earlier but resisted. Still have one pack and one bottle of water left then bed

But now onto day 2. So far so good! I have had a badger move into my mouth overnight and a mild headache but all par for the course. I ave my trusty water bottle with me and about to have my first pack
 
Onto second pack, chicken soup. I forgot how nice the chicken one was! I'm going to pop to tesco later for some sparkling water and to grab some more veg, thought I had more than I did. Am planning a green pepper stuffed with a chilli pack for tea then roasted.

in other news, the badger appears to have moved out and the headache has gone.

The stuffed pepper was lush! Had a little bit of salad too and it has really filled me up. Might have a go at a muffin I read about earlier
 
Well the muffin was heavenly along with a glass of coke zero. Now having my last lot of water and day 2 will be over :)

hey sound like your doing really well, how did u make the muffin and is it like a real muffin ( just hoping)
 
it's not like a real muffin, more like a flat cake. I made it in a ramekin with a vanilla crispy shake, add 4-5 teaspoons of water then microwave for 30 seconds. I found it in the recipe thread. It's really nice, sweet yet still on plan
 
It appears the badger only appears during the night....
