    strawberry shake
    veg soup
    mac cheese cauliflower
    milkchoc truffa bar
    3 teas , peppermint tea and 2.5 litres of water

    felt really hungry all day got through it tho

    chilli , rocket salad
    lemon yoghurt and white choc bar
    6 teas , 3 choco teas and 3 ribena plus made with hot water
    had lots of hot drinks today as was outside in the cold helping to fix car ( new brake disks and pads)with husband.
    getting tools , undoing nuts and bolts , i dont mind getting my hands dirty (love it)
