    So I had my weigh on this morning, with a 9lb loss and total 13.5 inches gone! Brilliant! Really gives a boost seeing that.

    Am finding it all rather easy, luckily my OH is very supportive, he even gave the big tin of roses to next door so he wouldn't eat them in front of me. He did have KFC last night but I'll forgive him.

    Still on the 3 packs and a meal and its working great for me! Haven't had any bad side effects so all positive for me! Xx

    Where did you take your measurements from? I only did bust waist and hips but may be modding a trick ?





    Lost 80.5 pounds previously with SW, LT and S&S and have put 54.5 pounds back on (heaviest weight 21 stone 5lbs)! Now restarting 15/4/13!!!









    07/1/13 previous loss -17lbs (19 stone 6.75 lbs)
    week 1: -9.5lbs(18 stone 11.25lbs)
    week 2: -3.75lbs(18 stone 7.25lbs)
    week 3: -2.75lbs (18stone 4.5lbs)
    week 4: -3lbs (18 stone 1.5lbs)
    week 5: -5.5lbs (17 stone 10 lbs)


    Get below 19 stone - done 18 done, 17 -
    • 16- 15, 14, 13, 12, 11 stone
    • Be a size 20 then 18 - Be a size 16 then 14!!!!
    • Reach target of 11 stone!!!!

    Every where! I used the sheet s&s sent me with first order. 2.5 from waist, 1 from each thigh, 1.5 from each bicep etc. still think I look the same in the mirror though! I find inch loss is really encouraging xx

    Just caught up on your diary!!! Sound like ur doing fab!!!! We seem to have similar goals!! I was 15st 2lb and lost 10lb in first WI so now 14st 6lb .... Want to get to 9st 7lb but would be happy with 10st as I will be classed as "healthy" bmi then!!

    So, have booked in to have a 'shrinking violet' body wrap next thurs along with a facial, shellac and a wax. Pamper day or what?! Just in time for Paris on the Sunday!!

    Wore a pair of jeans today for the first time in about a year. Amazing! X

    Lost another 6"!!

    Brilliant!

    No weigh in for couple of weeks as I'm off to France on Sunday.

    Also lost total of 25"!

    Back to it tomorrow after a planned week break. Went to Disneyland Paris and by no means did I watch what I ate. Infact, I have had take away/fast food everyday for the last 7 days!! I don't usually do that I would like to add... So starting up again tomorrow.

    Gained 4lbs in the last week which I'm not too disheartened about!

    So as it stands, I lost 14lbs in the 3 weeks leading up to hols which means I'm at a 10lb loss from when I started which still sounds good.

    Aiming now to get to 12st by my birthday in 5 weeks. That's 16lb to lose. Here we go...

    Disneyland was amazing!! I always forget how brilliant it is!! I was having bread rolls, ham butter etc for breakfast and not even caring!! Was good! Hopefully have a good week now to kick start it all again and keep me motivated!
