Hello to anyone passing by to read my diary. Lovely to meet u. Well heres my story. Im a 40 year old mother to 2 wonderful daughters. Ive always been overweight & Ive lost count of the failed attempts at diets over the years At my heaviest I was 20st, that was about 5 years ago. Todays weight is 18st 6lbs. I can remember years ago losing weight following SW & I managed to get to 15st 9lbs & I felt AMAZING , how Id love to have that feeling again & I will. I believe every 'diet' is basically the same - eat less move more - simply? Well yes in theory but not in practice. I just love food. I eat when Im happy, I eat when Im sad, I eat when Im upset, I eat, eat ,eat, eat, eat This is why Ive decided to give my weight loss a kick up the butt & follow S&S on the 4 packs. I received my starter pack ystdy & was going to start tmrw as Ive got a few quieter days ahead of me incase I get the headaches etc due to ketosis but to be honest I just want to get going so decided to start today. It now 10am & Ive not had any packs yet. I thought if I held off as long as possible then Id managed better but I think I'll have something at about 10.30am. I know I'll need to space the packs but is there a time limit at night that perhaps I shouldnt eat any later than? Ive printed out a list of all the packs that arrived so I can tick or cross so I know which ones I prefer.
My husband & I have slept in seperate beds for the last god knows how long due to my snoring & as a result our relationship has def suffered. Any family holidays we've gone on I always make an excuse as to why I cant go in the pool or go on the rides at the funfair etc etc
2013 is going to be my year & urs & urs & urs .................................................. ........
