I'm on day 3 of 3 packs a day. Today not feeling to bad. Had half a chocolate crispy shake hot for breakfast and just had half a lemon and white chocolate bar- so sweet! Going to have the other half of the bar at lunch, cottage pie for dinner and save the other half of my shake and make a brownie.
Yesterday I felt awful- hot and cold, aches, headaches and constant felt hungry, hoping ketosis will come soon and stop that! When will I know that ketosis has started/stopped? :/
Need to weigh myself tomorrow, before ordering a months worth to make sure its worked! Hope it has
