So here goes. 6 stone to lose by the summer... 6stone? Makes me want to cry..But onwards and upwards. Day 1 of Slim and Save left me with a muzzy head..but that has been about it. Day 2, haven't been hungry,had loads of energy and feel fab. Surely i cant be in Ketosis within 24hrs ? Who knows. I do know that i want to lose at LEAST 3 stone by April1st before i fly to america on hols...Drinking plenty of water.On my 2nd litre already. I am so ready for this..i shall be body beautiful by june!.. (i hope :p)
 
6 stone here too! Sounds awful when you say I out loud, like a massive journey. But it should only take 20 weeks. That's nothing ;)
 
Thanks girls...... :D Have to say i am relived to have found 'Zero Noodles' have just ordered some from Holland and Barretts. Nice way of bulking up the meals. Every bit helps i suppose. Off to bed now.,instead of snacking i have deep conditioned my hair and done my nails...:) Lovely !

I too have about 6st to loose (8st in total but lost 2st last year) I haven't set a goal date but I always set myself mini weight goals (less daunting)

How u getting on so far?
 
Morning Willpower Women. I am actually doing ok. On day 3 and no real wobbles or major problems. I am drinking my quota of water which i swear is the key to all this. Last night i was surrounded by people eating a chinese takeaway and i stuck to my cottage pie with some mushrooms,and wasn't bothered at all. How are you finding it ?

That's fantastic well done on the resisting! It's very hard in the early days, my day 3 was horrendous! Headache all day!!! On day 10 now :) do u think u r in ketosis yet? Sounds like it :)
 
I think i am tbh.Im not hungry,have loads of energy too. Maybe i am lucky and get into it quickly? I hope so. Hope your day went well :D

Day 4 in the Big Fat Diary House ,and my energy levels are sky high! Helped the in laws move house today and yesterday,came home cleaned my house,fresh bedding. OH thinks im on drugs :p Not feeling hungry but drinking plenty of water.Also keeping myself busy at night by doing different beauty treatments. Im in...the...zone (how long that lasts is an entirely different thing) Went for coffee with a friend today,took my sweeteners and whilst she had lemon drizzle cake i had one of my bars (always keep in my bag 'just incase') Didnt even want any of the cafe offerings . However i wish more places would do skimmed milk. I asked for some and the lady behind the counter looked at me like i had asked for one of her kidneys!:rolleyes:

Day 6..and have struggled today. My own fault. Got distracted yesterday and ate all my packs within about 3hrs in the evening...Totally messed me up,was so hungry last night i went to bed,and today is not fairing any better. However im looking on the bright side that i didnt give in...nor shall i.

6 stone to lose here too!

I had 2 packs very close last night and suffered hunger pangs last night and this morning.. so I've spread them out better today! :eek:

I'm one day behind you, and want to get 4stone off by May, so we have similar targets to get to.

Hope you get on well from now on :)

It sounds like a lot of weight to lose just break it down into other goals. I needed to lose 6 stone 2 lb and have now lost 3 stone 1 lb so exactly halfway there. Makes you feel like you will really see a difference with stats now

I looked for other goals like to reduce my BMI to 35 and them 32 and now looking forward to getting into the overweight category. I like to measure getting into the next stone bracket and when I achieve all these small things I realise that the pounds are dropping off too and I hadn't really been counting them, so I count how many stones and half stones then. I always think about what I gave lost never on what I still have to achieve it makes it easier for me
 
So weigh in today and...... 10lbs down ! YAY!!!! Those nights going to bed early with a grumbling tummy don't seem so bad now! :D
