    2013 and its all down hill

    SO decided that 2013 was the year that the blobby 18st + needs to be sorted.
    with a great deal of research and many hours on the internet, Slim n Save was the one for me

    Started 2nd Jan 2013 with a large batch of goodies to try we are now at week 2 nearly and now 15lbs lighter Very Happy Indeed
