Hi, i am starting slim and save this friday! Im really looking forward to it now! Im ready to sort myself out, this is my year!
I did cambridge back in 2010 and again in 2011 but failed both times so since then i have tried the personal trainer and healthy eating approach which worked the 1st 3 months and then a holiday spoiled it all and i couldn't get back on the wagon! So....
Ive decided enough is enough, I'm back up to 13st10 and my heaviest was 14st5 and swore o would never go back to that! Im 5ft4 and want to get to 9st ultimately!
