    Time to get to goal....

    Some of you may know me, some are not.... I have become somewhat of a lurker on the boards.... I am starting this new diary in a renewed attempt to lose this last 2 stone I have lost 12lb in the 4 weeks... I have gained 2lb this week.. I think because of some pills I am on but also because I slipped up the other night and ate a few biscuits.... I am taking this gain and changing my weigh in day to Saturday morning... And starting a 100% day and this time I am taking it one day at a time,,, I have this habit of getting overwhelmed about getting to where I am going and not concentrating on the journey... You don't get in a car and drive without concentrating at every moment on the road... So I am going to be concentrating on the road I hope you will join me and I promise to try and update more and be more open in my posts.... I seem to struggle with what to right as i am a bit shy until you get to know me x
