So planning on getting s&s tomorro ..... Have done exante before..... And lasted about a week...... Got on the scales and seen 16 stone..... Not impressed..... I have a bit of a belly and got a holiday in may......1 question the 5 a day pack is it worth it? I know I think it's another pack to eat so all good but will it mean less losses as more packs?? ......
