Hi guys, i've decided to start a diary. ive been reading through all of yours, and they're great!
So, today I am starting S&S for the third time in around a year.
My starting weight is 172 (at 5ft 6), currently a size 14, and my goal is to have a flat tummy and to fit into a size 10.
Just had my first meal of the day - spicy spaghetti meal pack, and so far, so good. Trying to keep on top of the water...
