    Hi all,

    Its been about 2-3 years since ive been on minimins. And I've missed the buddies on here !! Glad to be back and looking forward to my new journey.

    So - me? I did lipotrim in 2009/10 and lost almost 9 stone in total over roughly 9-12months. Over the past 12months nearly I've put on 2 stone, so thought I'd best curb this before it gets out of hand again.

    I've tried everything else and vlcd works for me - end of ! Now I know people say - but it can't be good starving yourself all of the time - but I'm of the opinion that being a 'healthy' weight is better than obese ! People chop and change between food diets, so why not this??

    My lowest adult weight was 11st 11lb, I am currently 13st 13lb.

    I started 'Boosshing' last wednesday (another vlcd) and it appears fine, but the website is shocking and I like to use the forums etc. So, popped on here to see what was new and found S&S. I hope the shakes are ok for me - I lived on vanilla shakes only with lipotrim, alternating with coffee and no coffee !!

    Anyway, here goes nothing (apart from the weight obviously). Not sure whether to set a final target. I'm 5'8", so to be in a 'healthy bmi' I need to weigh 10 stone. I'm not sure I'll suit that, I do like my curves to a point !

    Start info: 16/6/09, 5'8", 235lb (16st 11lb), tight size 20, managed to get to 12st 10lb by October 09.
    Restart info: 04/01/10, 14st 1lb, size 16.
    Start Celebrity Slim 07/03/10 at 12st 10, size 14
    Celeb slim didn't work for me. Restarted LT on 19/04/10, 13st 3
    Restart this time on Slim and Save 13/2/13 - start weight this time 14st 5lb

    Current info:14st 5lb, size 14/16 top, 16 bottom
    8 sausages = 1lb !!

    Mini Goals:
    1. finish week one vlcd
    2. Reach 13 stone
    3. Fit into size 14 trousers/jeans
    4. Reach 11st 11lb (lowest adult weight)
    5. BMI of 25 (11stone 10lb)
    6. My Ultimate goal, 11stone (ish) size 12?
    7. Possibly get to 10 stone (healthy BMI)

    Hi there!
    I've had Boossh in the past, but then I heard they're a bad company to deal with so thats why I'm doing S&S, plus its cheaper.
    The shakes on S&S were nice when I last tried them lol, apparently they've changed a few of the shakes I normally have so hopefully still as nice :P

    Hi! Their packs seem quite similar to S&S so I'm sure you'll do well with it. 9 stone is absolutely amazing, well done! I know you've regained some but not that much really, kept most off which is very impressive.

    ***Started SnS in Feb at 275lbs. After a spell of fits and starts I left off in May at 264lbs. Went on holiday. Back now and ready to restart to finish my packs! Will stay on, if I find some money to do it! lol***
