Getting Skinny For Summer
Hi there
Well I was meant to start S&S last week, however my little one ended up in hospital and then I couldn't get back into it. However, today is different, I'm ready to lose the rest of the fat!
Day one today, just been on the water so far
About to have a bar, they're bigger now aren't they? lol hopefully still as nice!

So its 12:20, I feel fine
Not hungry or anything.
1L of water down, milk truffa bar - nom!
Rest of the meals will be shakes
