    Total Weight Loss: 40lb
    Weight to Lose: 18lb
    % Lost 22.6%
    Day one on SnS after giving up in Cambridge. I'm a emotional eater who needs to get a grip and look for better ways to deal with problems.

    I am starting at 177 lbs and will get down to 130 lbs so that's just a loss of over 3 stone.
    By the end of 12 weeks I want to be at 135-140 lbs at least which I know is achievable when CHEATING ISN'T AN OPTION.

    So here's to day one
