It was an accident
I know some people may find this post pathetic
But I accidnelty had a sip of my mums tea with semi skimmed milk
I'm only having skimmed but around 90ml a day
Will this be okay?
I'm on my last week and hoping to stay in ketosis
I'm a worry wart!
Yesterday we ran out of skimmed milk so I had at least three cups of coffee with semi-skimmed milk. This morning I was down a 1lb. I think nothing of doing this is we have run out of skimmed milk and it has happened at least twice now on this round and several times when I did the SnS diet before - I noticed no differences with my losses.
