Countdown To A Slimmer Summer!
I'm starting s&s tomorrow and decided to start a diary to try and keep myself motivated!
I've done a couple of vlcd before and only seem to get to around 21lbs loss before I give up! The best loss ive had was when I last did a diary on here (around 2010!)
I'm going to give myself some mini goals and do my starting weight and measurements tomorrow morning..excited but kinda dreading the next few hunger days!!
Hope everyone is getting on great, I am really looking forward to joining you all on the s&s diet! :) x
