Time to start a diary

So im on a vlcd and trying to use up my stock before I order more.

So day 2

Breakfast cambridge porridge
Lunch slim snd save spaghetti 100g of lettuce/cue
Dinnet 100g of salmon 100g lettuce/cue
Snack slim snd save truffle bar

2 cups of tea with the 150ml milk allowance
1 can of coke zero
Water

Plus 1 hour of MMA/karate
Plus 1 hour walk the dogs

Having the protein option is making the diet quite do able as ive only just bought 2 whole salmons so got 20 fillets in the freezer as I usually have salmon for lunch.

Needs to update my signature for my new start.
Planning to stay on this diet for 10 weeks to lose 2 stone which will be hard as bf isnt supportive and encourages me to eat food. Or just plainly annoys me ha ha men!

Anyway I shall try my best and keep on the plan as long as possible

Well day 3 for me and ive been 100% so far and intend to keep doing so.

Still using up the supplies ive got here so Cambridge porridge for breakfast and thinking of having a soup for lunch and protein and salad for evening meal and a yukky truffle bar

Im sure it will get easier for me once I have my favorite flavors back but at least its getting rid of these packs that have been hanging around too long

Hi miss vlcd, I have just restarted, I was lucky as I didn't have that many packs hanging about from the last time!
Day 3 for me too!

I got my food parcel yesterday so onwards and upwards for both of us :)

Thats really cool we are both on the same day, we can keep each other going. What packs do you like? Ive got cambridge packs and slim and save ones, but my order will be here tomorrow and i can have my fav packs :)

Are you eating a protien option? I am as it makes the plan more normal for me. Plus i do exercise a lot which i dont want to stop.

How much weight do you want to lose? Ideally my clothes will fit at 10.7 but at the moment i would like to stay on here until i get to 11 stone if i can manage longer then great but at a minimum im giving myself 10 weeks :)

Scales are ticking down nicely in the right direction.

Got my first weekend coming should be interesting. Plus fridays bf usually takes me out for a meal, Saturday he will buy me sirlion steak and then take me out on evening and sundays he treats me to a sunday dinner. Soooooo as you can see there's lots of eating on a weekend all healthy paleo food. Which is ok when im eating that way but im doing a vlcd so I shall have chicken or salmon with salad as my protien and veg option as I have been doing so far.

This diet can be worked into real life and these situations can be altered to allow me to stay 100% on the diet.

When I go over the club tonight I shall take a can of coke zero as they dont sell it then drink water after.

So plan for today

Breakfast apple cin porridge
Lunch soup or shake
Dinner 100g salmon and 200g of salad
Snack s and s truffle bar or shake
a can of coke zero plus 2 cups of tea with milk allowance.

And lots of water :)

So far im not finding the diet hard really the bananas have stopped talking to me from the fruit bowl now but are just smiling at me hahahaha. But they can sod off come june I can have my bananas back lol. A lovely big fruit salad or coconut milk banana smoothie will be my reward in june for being a 100% for 10 weeks

I would love to lose just shy of 3 stone.. I did manage to lose 4 stone last year from January, but I have put 1 and a bit back on. Not going to worry about it, just going to continue where I was heading and see if I can finally make it there!
I will be joining a gym this week, not sure which one and I hope to have a gym buddy to go with?
I want to get fit and toned as I know that will help with my body shape! I couldn't even be called round its that bad!
I use protein as my saving grace, I am trying to eat 4 packs a day and using protein as my emergency fall back..
I will probably get bored of the 4 packs and go back to the 3 and a protein and veg meal as I used to look forward to that every day last time round.
I just want to cut out food at the moment and see how long I last, I can be quite determined when I want to!

I love the choc shake, the crispy choc shake, the truffa bars, see a theme?
I also love the mac n cheese, the mushroo pasta, the spag bog, the spicy spag..

Not keen on the soups, feel they are a waste and I would rather have a food pack.

I need to control my sweet and spicy tooth, I suffer from both!

I want to have a break the week starting June 15th, So that gives me 11 weeks to get into a routine.
I hope to lose a couple of stones by then!

I had the worst sweet tooth ever before I started paleo must say it stopped the cravings. Very impressed I was!

So we roughly got the same time scale to get this fat off. Youll be surprised at home much you can lose in 10-11 weeks.
Im hoping to be very close to my target by then may stay on another week or two just to finally get there.

I too think the protien is a life saver, I dont feel im missing the lovely food that I used to eat as I can still have salmon as I always used to every day yum!!!

I've started reading a book as well about healthy food which keeps me occupied when I have free time.

Still 1 day at a time and we will be closer to goal each day.

Roll on day 2 for me of restart. Get into ketosis. I've still got 2 packs left. Having my fave tonight chilli con carne ummm with salad. Day 5 that's brilliant.

Hope the restart is going well plenty of water to get you past the tough times and shower and early nights helped me.

Thanks yes :) funny like you said how our tastes change. I love the banana shakes hahaha. I bet I will go off them too. I did answer you on my diary. Went to bed early and woke up early haha :) hope you're ok today petal :)

Yes im going to have a busy day today got to go drive and pick up my 2 sons both been working an hour away and they want to go to the gym straight away so shall go for a work out with my 2 boys. Then going over our local club to join my partner for a coke zero and water watch grand national and shall stay over there most the evening. How are you spending your Saturday?

Shall stick 100% to diet as I want the results on the scales on Tuesday.

Food plan

Well just found out that im going benidorm in Sept well that means action and means ill be super slim pulling out the stops and wont be coming off the diet until im skinny again. Defo something to make me stay on track :)

Yes cant wait ive not be abroad in 10 years so I shall make sure im looking super fit this is defo an amazing incentive for me. Woohoooooo!!!!

Well just to report im dropping all the drunken men home ive had a 100% day and not strayed at all. Looking forward to my weigh in tuesday :)
