    Lisa's Diary

    Couldn't really think of a witty/funny title so will just stick with the facts heehee.


    This is my 2nd attempt at Slim and Save this year, I did do it last year but fell pregnant so had to stop. Since my 2nd child was born we have decided it is about time we get married, so the wedding has been booked for November this year. That gives me 28 weeks to lose 4 dress sizes, this will take me to a 16. I have already bought my dress, it can only be taken in 4 dress sizes otherwise I would be aiming for the sky lol but I suppose it is more realistic.

    I started last Thursday and had a fantastic weekend of being so determined and in the zone, then it went to pot and I "Cheated" my cheat funnily enough were not bad. I had a healthy stir fry etc, it has resulted in a not so great first week loss of 5lbs, perhaps 6lbs by tomorrow which is official weigh in. I am so angry with myself as to be honest I wasn't even hungry, I was just craving and I couldn't keep control. So here I am again, Day 6 (kind of Day 1 really) and flipping starving!!

    Determined head back on ....

    I could sleep, sleep , sleep. But no such luck with 2 kids under 2 ;-)

    I have had 2 shakes so far, will have cheesy pasta with broccoli and green beans tonight and then a bar and a cuppa later. Cannot wait for next few days to be over with and official weigh in tomorrow :-/ really hoping for another lb.
