    Newbie looking for a buddy!!

    Hi guysss! I start slim & save on saturday.. I was ment to start lighterlife but have decided against it due to price & reading good reviews about s&s!!
    Is anyone else started recently? I need a buddy to help spur eachother on when the going gets tough! However im very positive!! Im 22 and have 4 stone to loose!! X

    welcome to the family I'm into week 3 (thursday is my weigh day) and already 12.8lbs down. Everyone in here is really supportive and have handy hints and tips

    First target: get through week one

    second target: get into the 14's bracket
    (just, 02/05/2013)
    Third target: a stone

    Fourth target: get into 13's bracket

    that will do for now!

    they are fine, quite versatile. The pasta ones have pasta in etc.

    Great thanks, they have arrived today so will start tomorrow! do you find it hard to eat 4 packs or do you feel hungry?

    you fill up on water if you get peckish but once you get going then hunger just goes

    Good luck on your starting day I hope its an easy one for you. Just drink lots of water and keep busy
    restarting vlcd 13st 5lbs

    week 1- 12st 9lbs - 10lbs totm
    Week 2 - 12st 5lbs -4lbs
    Week 3 - 12st 2lbs- 3lbs
    Week 4- 11st 13lbs -3lbs
    Week 5-7 had a break did slimming world 11st 12lbs
    week 8-12st 2lbs stuffed face day before starting vlcd opps
    week 9 - 1st week back on vlcd with totm


    targets
    get into the 11s done
    get to 11.9 thats 1lb lighter than what i got last year
    get to 11.7
    get to 11.5 - 2 stone lost
    get into the 10s
    get to 10 st 7lbs

    Hey Dixie, I've just started today..I'm 26 and have 3st,10lbs to lose..so not too dissimilar to you. I notice that although you mention Saturday, your signature gives yesterday's start date, so you must have been too excited to wait! How are you finding the packs so far? I'm trying to eat the least appetising sounding ones first, to encourage me later on! B xx




    Lost 2st,4lbs through low carbing/Atkins between August 2012 & February 2013.
    Gained 10lbs falling spectacularly off the wagon through March and April..
    And now, following 4 days low carbing - am hitting Slim & Save.
    Hurrah for convenience, speed and simplicity!
