Thought I'd start a diary for myself so I can ramble on about how I feel and whats going on. I'll post a quick summary of my weigh gain/loss rollercoaster so far and a start photo (if I can figure out how!)
Right so I am Kitty. I'm 28 years old and I have 4 children.
Before I had children I was a 10-12, I always thought in my teenage years I was huge, but looking back I was such a skinny thing!
I got pregnant with my first child at 19, he was a big baby (9lbs at birth) and although I didn't put on a massive amount my tummy was huge and stretched (i got alot of stretch marks).
When my son was only 9 months old and I hadn't lost my original baby weight, I got pregnant again. so soon after I had an 18 month old and a new born.
I got married at this point to my boyfriend, I'd been with him since 15 (and we are still happily married) I was 11 stone at my wedding.
During my next 2 pregnancies I gained alot, ending up at 14 stone in 2011.
Btween 2012 and the beginning of 2013 I lost 2 stone and got to 12 stone,
but after a massive stall at 12 stone and being unable to get below that after going to the gym I blew it big time, and gained a stone!!
So here I am,
2 weeks ago I started s&s at 13 stone 3lbs, and have lost 8.5 lbs in 2 weeks.
I'm trying so hard to stay focused, and i really feel positive.
My husband and I are having a rare 2 days away together, child free, in November so this is my motivation!
So here's me, now at 12 stone 8.5lbs. I'm hoping to get to at least 11 before I go away in 9 weeks, so another stone and a half
