Wedding dress shopping diet!!!

Hi All

A little about me!
I'm getting married next May and want to lose around 5 stone! I have lost 1stone 8lbs on ww and this past week s&s were I've lost 8lbs! So have decided to set up a diary now that I'm 1 full week in and have been 100% I have such a good incentive Id like alot of this weight off by Xmas ideally so I can start dress shopping! Obviously I
Want to keep the weight off but I just find I need a goal to aim for so the wedding shopping is it! I've always been around 10 stone until these past couple of years so I want to her back to myself!

I start ww 3 weeks back and enjoyed it but I wanted something that gives me quicker losses were I don't have to think about food and preparing meals etc! I've had success with slim and save in the past so I'm here to get rid of my baby weight plus the weight I had gained before getting pregnant can't believe my little one is nearly 3 months it's gone too quick!!!

Anyway looking forward to chatting to you all over the next few months :)

Hello I did a vlcd a couple of years ago for my wedding - it's an amazing incentive and I love looking back at my wedding and honeymoon photos to see how slim I was. It's totally worth it.
I'd chosen my dress a year before I did the diet and had it ordered in a size 16, then when I had my dress fitting 5 months later I'd lost 3 stone and it fell off me!! Needed lots of adjusting!!
You'll do so well with that as your goal!!
I think the average is a stone a month on this diet so you'll definitely be nearly at your target.

Thanks huni I sure will I'm sooooo motivated to do this :) I was going to order a dress in a 14 but id like to get to a size 12 and the adjustment prices around here are ridiculous it's £70 to move 1 botton!!!! A stone a month is brill but even Abit less is fine! OMG it so exciting all planning is keeping me focused too :) glad you felt lush on your big day there's no better feeling than feeling slim and confident is there :)
 
It was lovely and I'm so pleased I did it. I had a few side effects half way through the Cambridge diet which I'm hoping I won't experience with this one. But it's totally worth it and this time in going to maintain much better.
How's the planning going? Are you having a big wedding? Xx

I bet it was :) I can probably guess your side effects as I ha e experienced than too when I lost weight on s&s a couple if years ago! My hair has always been thin so I need to keep an eye on it!! I'm defo going to maintain better too I need to change my whole approach to good otherwise I'll be back here late next year losing the weight again!

Planning is going well the ceremony and reception is booked! Invites are on their way soon, all the wedding favours are bought! I did all the little bits whilst on maternity leave! Got my bridesmaid dresses and deposit on our suits just need my dress, Poppy's dress and evening entertainment oh and a car and that's it all done! Going to a wedding fayre this Sunday can't wait it's my first 1 :) woohooo :) did you enjoy planning yours? I absolutely love planning things :) just hope I can get a few stone off before I start dress shopping trying to hold off dress shopping till January! I intend to be strict over Xmas I haven't in the past but I have a goal to aim for :) xx

Lunch: a truffa bar chopped up into bits and microwaved for 10 secs
Dinner: cheesy pasta with broccoli and cauliflower
Super: cafe latte hot

3 litres of water so far loving how easy this plan is especially with a baby and working i don't have time to plan and prepare meals!
 
Oh I absolutely loved planning my wedding!!! It comes round so quick too!!
Yeah I'm finding this diet easy as I don't have time to even worry about hunger with looking after my little baby! Lol. They're a very good distraction!
I'm just watching 'don't tell the bride'! Makes me laugh this programme!! Xx

Ooo microwaving the var sounds interesting, is it like a gooey pudding? I didnt order any bars this time round but i think i will order some in my next order for when i am run off my feet which i am right now x

Dinner: 2 quorn fillets with mushrooms, broccoli and cauliflower
Super: chocolate mint mousse

Almost 4 litres of water I've had more simply because I haven't had my packs as shakes!
3 decaf coffees and 1 can if coke zero as a treat

1 hour walk down the prom!!

Can't wait till next wi which will be Mondays :)

Well I'm shattered today only have a couple if clients so will be finished for 12ish my clients love Poppy :) diet wise I haven't eaten anything yet but I put my skinny jeans on this morning and they are definitely feeling bigger which is a fab feeling :) I'm resisting the scales till sat morn :) how's you x
 
I'm shattered too, these school and nursery runs are a shock to the system lol. So far just had the oatmeal, will be having the mint choc shake (thankfully the last 1 i think) in a bit x

Lol I bet they are i still haven't got our morning routine to under an hour it takes me and poppy an hour and half to get going need to sort myself out lol!!! I quite like the choc mint now and again but not toothy of them! I've got 3 wks worth left so I need to plough through them then order all the ones I love! I adore cottage pie and only ordered 1 by accident bloody idiot getting abit bored a spag Bol! Today I've had strawberry mousse and truffa bar :) going to have quorn again for tea loved that yesterday ;) not drank enough today!!

Cottage pie is my fav yum. The spag bol i had last time when i did s&s was really nice but this i think they have changed and i dont like it unless my tastebuds have changed and i hav loads left!
Emaan is the one that makes us nearly late every morning and rush, she like to drink her milk extra slowly in the morning! x

I love the cottage pie with gherkins :) yes they have the pasta is thinner I won't be ordering it next time! I like the cheesy pasta but I can never make it right ive tried all the recommended ways! It's nice over broccoli & cauliflower!! Yes that sounds just poppy she drags her feet in the morning!! X
 
So today has yet again been another fab day in the terms of eating not that fact that I'm functioning on about 2 hours sleep at the mo thank goodness for ketosis!!!!

Dinner: banana mousse
Super: cafe latte hot

At least 3litres of water, no exercise today been busy visiting family :)
