Diary to the new me
So I suppose I should start by introducing myself. Im Pam, 32 and im married with 4 children. I have gradually gained weight after each baby. I have done vlcd before but never seen it through to the end. Recently ive been following weightwatchers and ive lost 1.5stone but ready to give s&s a go again. Ive also discovered zumba and ive been doing 3/4 zumba and fitstep classes a week. Im obsessed lol but I will be cutting down to just 2 zumbas a week while on plan.
So day 1 and so far so good. Although I had bootcamp this morning that I couldn't get out of which nearly killed me. Think I will leave that for maintenance lol. Just had a mint choc shake hot which was not bad. Already down 2 pints of water too.
