Lucy's slim and save diary :)

Hi everyone :) I'm Lucy, I have two kiddies, a nearly two year old boy and baby girl. I've been planning on doing slim and save for a while and have started today. I will be following it for 5 weeks (till the 23rd Dec) and will re-evaluate from there.

Little diet recap- weighed 16st10 last June, got down to 13st through 6 weeks of slim and save followed by a few months on rosemary Conley. I was very happy with my progress, however stopped dieting when I fell pregnant and am currently 15st 4lbs - looking forward to losing the weight and will update as much as I can. Good luck everyone out there xx

Start weight: 15st 4lbs
Aim weight: 11st

Aim for Xmas: 13st 10lbs

Thanks jewel :) I've just had a nosy through your diary (keeping the hunger at bay going through diaries lol) and you're doing so well you must be chuffed x
 
Enjoying day 1 so far. Choc shake for brekkie and just had the oatmeal- remember enjoying that from last time. Made sure to stir it plenty and dropped a sweetener in and was lovely :) darn hungry tho lol can't wait for ketosis! X
 
A couple more days and you will be there xx Thank you, I'm happy with how it's going so far xx

Day 1 done yay! Tbh wasn't even hungry because I was so tired from being up with baby- had a banging headache tho, hope that fades soon!
 
Yesterday was day one for me too really because I've been messing around so much. Getting my head in the game now tho. Water can help with the headache. Failing that 2 paracetamol should do the trick. By day 4 we should be feeling better. Nearly half way there :) x
 
Well done on day 1, couple more days and things will feel easier xx
 
Well done on your day one. Keep up the water and a couple of paracetamol will definitely help.

So today is day 3, had a cheeky look at the scales and 4lbs down woop woop! Told myself I wouldn't look until next Monday but couldn't help myself lol.

Had my morning choc shake hot this morning cause its so darn cold! Gonna have a nice oatmeal and a cup of tea now since toddler is having a nap and baby is chilling in her bouncer :)

Hey don't read mine for motivation. I've gained since I started it! I started it just before a weeks all inclusive in Spain. Not my best idea. I did loose a stone before starting so the diet does work. It's me tags dosent. I'm back in the game now tho. Day 3 for me too today really.

Marie it must of been hard to get in the zone with a holiday looming! Well done on the stone, how much do u have a to lose? Yay to day 3- nearly in ketosis! X
 
Aww thanks honey. The hazelnut shake hot is really nice. Tastes like the inside bit of a ferrerro rocher! Mmmm.
The diaries are a great way to stay motivated!! Xx
 
I started in sept at 18.6. Last weigh in I was 17.8 and a half. Lowest I got to before loosing the plot was 16.12. Hoping to be back there in 2 weeks or so. Just need to stop messing about and focus x

Well done its in the right direction :) I know what u mean its easy to faff around on this diet, last time I lasted 6 weeks before I started to really struggle- it's just getting your mind in the right place isn't it. Good luck, with all the support on here I'm sure we can do it! Do u have a goal for Xmas? X

Sometimes the psychological hunger is worse than physical hunger. It's definately a mind game most of the time. I wanted to be in the 15s by Christmas but don't think that's v realistic. So 16.7. Think that's do able if I buckle down x
