    New to Slim&Save....Journey starts here!!

    Hi,

    Well im new to Slim and Save and also to Mini mins, but my wife shrinkingalice said that you are all lovely and will provide the support i need on my weight loss journey. I have a long journey ahead as i have a lot of weight to lose, but i have lost nearly 2st already but i have heard so many good things abou S&S that i thought it was worth a try.

    I would appreciate any helpful hints and messages of encouragement that you could send my way, and i look forward to updating you all with my progress!

    Hi and welcome. Tip I can give....try to drink 3 litres of water a day, it really helps with the losses and to fend off the hunger pangs in the first few days. If you have a stumble and eat something, it's not the end of the world. Just pick yourself up and keep going. Best of luck x
