    Kayroo's Journey... part 2

    Well hello again everyone!

    I tried to do this diet after loosing lots of hair on lipotrim. I failed before a week had passed and I decided I needed to get my head in the right place before I could continue.

    Before I could stop myself I had put on even more weight... next thing it's Christmas and I am at 18st 8lb and I'm miserable again. I told myself that after new year I'd get back on it... but after another sad Christmas at my parents... here I am!

    Funnily enough that made me feel tonnes better just writing it!

    I AM going to do this. Hair will grow back (mine already is) and being thinner will make me more healthier and happier.

    So. Here we go again! I'm doing 4 packs a day completely food free for at least the next 4 weeks. Then I'm hoping I'll be back into the 17s and will be feeling more positive
    This time I have something amazing to work towards.

    I'm "running" (might be walking, or crawling!) the race for life this year. I want to be below 16st 7lbs for the event on 08/06/2014. Me, my mum & my auntie are participating. http://www.justgiving.com/wilkywoods

    You can definitely do this!!

    I feel the same - writing it all down in these diaries does do wonders for your sanity sometimes!!

    I failed a few times since xmas but haven't put any weight on... never making it through day 1...

    Back on it today... day 1's partly over. Headache already and feeling miserable but I need to do this

    Going to spam this thread today... so determined to actually get past day 1 this time before I do any more damage...

    Had a caramel shake with 300 ml water this morning for breakfast. Could quite easily go for another now but want to space them out...

    Had 750ml water too... just refilled my bottle.

    Must do this. Need to remember how happy I was when I hit the 17s the first time round on lipotrim... hope by the end on Jan I will be back there and happy again!

    No one wants to do day 1 again. Dig deep with everything you have and we'll see you on the other side for day 2 tomorrow. When it gets tough, it helps to remind ourselves we won't die from hunger or cravings. It is hard but hey there are enough of us already into week 2 and beyond, so it's possible for you too!
