    Starting my slim and save journey 1st jan 2014 if the pack arrives by then...

    Heya,

    Names priya, and this will be my diary on my slim and save journey which i have decided to embark on. This not the first time doing a vlcd, did cd a few years ago. This will be the first step of becoming a newer, happier and more confident me.

    I am 24 yrs old going to be 25 in april eekkk....currently 12 stone something, will be more accurate on start day...size 12-14 jeans blurghh...used to be 8 to 10 and that is what i am aiming for once again. Wanting to get down to 8-9 stone so will take each day as it comes and will be rejoining the gym too. Being nearly five foot doesnt do me ne favours when i have put on weight...lol. Need to buy some digital scales from somewhere as i think they r more accurate then the other type. Looking forward to meeting all of you and your support coz need all the help i can get lol...btw quick q r we able to have lemon juice mixed with water while on this vlcd? X

    Hello! Good luck on your journey.
    Sadly no to the lemon juice due to it could prevent you going into ketosis (everyone's bodies are different though). If it's for taste I recommend the lemon water flavouring. If it's for detox properties then I would imagine the vitamins and minerals from the packs should more than make up for it. Combined with all the water we drink this diet is a very good body cleanser.

    Aww thank you both of u...can't wait for the pack to arrive...wher ru guys from if u don't mind me asking? I'm from sheffield, kinda wish found this when was at uni lool lives out then would have been so much easier...

    I don't want to tell every one about this as they will just scoff at me and tell me not to be silly. But i really need this right now, determined to have a better summer...feeel really lonely these days especially having moved home from uni. I miss being a size 8 to 10. Family scoff at me now for putting so much weight on but was depressed, ex left me in my final yr of uni, did post grad level and was soo much like a recluse. Got family stayin over from brum dno how long for but i am determines to start on the first if thats the time the box arrives undercover.

    Need to buy sum digital scales sum cheapo ones as on a budget atm...ne suggestions? Want to buy them before i start so then can a accurate figure to put for my weight...thank u for the answer regarding the lemon was for the flavour lool as plain tap water would have got boring after abit lol.... but wil try flavourings when comes to the point of boredom...for the beginning plain tap water will have to do...i have beeen readin ur diaries lubin evry page....

    Sorry for the essay lol think the student has not left me yet lol and i do tend to talk a lot...sorrry....

    Ah bugger just realised dint start this thread in the diaries section like i thought i had...

    Can i move this over or would i need to start a new diary thread in the diary section starting from day one?...

    Im such a numpty when it comes to forums not been on one in agess sillly mee... i wudv liked to keep it consistent n think wud find diary being in diary section easier and quicker to find too...ne ideas?...

    I'm with ya on the not telling people. When I first started this diet I only told hubby and slowly let a couple of close friends and family after a few weeks. That way I was fully in the zone and there was no stopping me (and I wasn't so sensitive to criticism by then!)

    I think argos or sometimes big supermarkets will be your best bet for cheap digital scales.

    I'm from the south east, right on the coast - pretty much literally can walk into the sea if I take a 5 minute stroll out my house! Lol.

    You'll do great on this. You sound determined and it's all about how you feel in yourself, you're a grown up and are doing this diet for you. Health wise it's a great choice as you're getting all the vitamins and minerals your body needs. My mum says she thinks people who scoff at these diets are just jealous at the speedy results and dedication it takes to do it. It's very hard work, but worth it (I reckon so anyways!! )

    Hope your packs arrive soon!! And if you're trying to be sneaky then the bars and soups are easy enough to hide and the fruity shakes could be easily disguised as a normal milkshake/smoothie or something.

    Good luck and make use of these forums! I can easily whittle away hunger pangs for an hour while sifting through people's diaries and achievements!
    Keep distracted and you'll do great! Xx

    It amazes me how sizes can be so different at the same weight! When I was 11.7 I was squeezing in size 12 jeans, I was in size 16s when I was around 14 stone, and I'm only 4'11 lol midget I know!!
    My cousin is so slim but weighs 12 stone and size 8, shes about 5'5, where I'm a little podge at 12 stone ha. Crazy!!!

    Thank u hun herez to hoping lool...i am going to start on to start on the second as my pack will hopefully arrive tdai bt have now heard that there is a big house party for new yrs...grrr starting to get reli fed up of all this food going to have the minimum tmo the basics nothing else...and will defo b starting on the second regardless of the situation coz want to do this properly and not waste ne of the packs or time...relatives goin bk to brum on the friday so js b a day of undercover js hpin i will get to the front door for the delivery and no one else loll....

    My immediate family will b quite easy to hide frm and no one in the kitchen at the sme time eva lool bt js till fam frm brum r ere gna hide haha...xx

    Yaaay thnk God its moved lol ur rite must b magic coz i aint asked no one frm tech to move it hehe...was bit worried tht i would need to repeat myself again lool...is there any way that i can put before and after pix from small to big on here for a way to show u guys hw i luked and hw i luk now and also a way to motivate me...i have a cuzinz wedding cumin up sumtime in the summer and determined to go bk to the way i was if not smaller as the last three wedddings iv been to:

    two in the summer gone n one in dec i lost a tiny bt not nuf to mke me feeel gd in wt i was wearing....will show u pix if manage to figure out hw to put pix up....js a before warning i do tend to talk a lot lmaoo so be prepared haha and luv readin pplz diaries on here most of ma fone battery goes js by me readin on here haha....hw do u do a sticker thing?     I am determined as wnt to do it for maself a brighter future and also if eva bump into stupid ex again weneva im at his ends on a nite out wna show him wt ez potentially missin out on coz think e saw me too often to eva notice ne changes except to wen i was gettin bigger did nothin for ma confidence n self esteem and miss wearing smaller sizes nt been clothes shoppin in agess feeels like coz keep sayin to maself will av lost sizes by this time n nt append lol and all ma smaller clothes ma younger sisters wear them nw...i am quite busty bt dnt mind tht so long as evrywher else is small n dnt even mind curves so long as am small like before lool will show u pix if i can on ere...im soo fed up of tellin ppl tht i was once slim wen they mke a fat comment coz then it feels like they r lafin at me thinkin well u were smalll nt nemre so wts the point of taking ur fone out and showin me ur small pix bt sumtimes cnt help maself coz wnt to show ppl wt i had achieved and maintained for ages as well till like jan 2013....it was stupid ex, lack of friends, lot of sitting dwn due to wrk n uni n library sessions i think that all added up and first i thought cud b the pill bt iv been on that for like four yrs nw and not piled it on as much as this yr....

    Went on holiday in india for cuzins wedding was a disaster...i alwys lose there coz nva eat outside foood coz of tummy worries and i did go thru several stints of fallin ill tummy wise there but dint lose nehhing was there for two months was disgraceful hardly gt ne holiday snaps cz was too para abt the cam i found wen i was smaller dint mind takin pix as much as now lol nw i literally hide frm the cam and not do much social wise lool ma fam have lost faith in me cz iv sed will lose weight practically all yr n have not done so as yet...this time round js wna do it n not tel ne one and show them my sister dnt believe this bt she naturally slim i feel sumtimes inadequate nxt to her lool and my slimmer friends nw then before lool..xx

    I am a midget too and trust me i dont carry it well at all goes to my hips and thighs and face lool n recently ma shoulders too...nw i luk like a ball av lost ma shape lol n luk out of shape...my sister tad bit taller then me n she nine n bit stone bt she timy in fact she wears all my smaller clothes nw sad times lool ma order b delivered to me tdai middday ishh yaaay js need to get to the door before ne one else n bring it upstaires n stash it sumwhere lool...did the dukan diet for bit bt buyim ingredients n findin time to av it was long wile i was at uni...cd was too pricey for me wen was at uni too soo wish found slim n save while was at uni now that wudv been a shock for evry one coz ardly came hme to visit except once a month ....

    Gt cuzinz weddin cumin up in summer time sumtime sooo wna av lost loads then am going to b ambitious and say want to go bk dwn to 8 stone so then gt bit of leeway for wen n if i do gain nething bk loolz...n then will try best to maintain and what not for as long as can....not gettin ne yunger n i find the smaller i am the more confident i am n the bigger i get the less confident i get its orrid....evry one says im gn balloon again if i do lose bt that risk is wit ne diet as i try to keep explainin to them unless u av a naturally brill metobolism which i dont unfortunately have lool....

    Ho hum cnt wait til the second wil onli av to hide tiil the fri n then fam frm brum gna go...gettin bit fed up wit al the food was ma bby sisters bday yday too so tht was xtra food on top of xmas n wt nt....im one of those ppl wher iv cut dwn on food bt it doenst for sum reason mke much of a diff which then leads to ppl nt believing that i have cut down...hmm js wna go the full way simplicity plan n then show them lol tht i can...will need to stock up as bort the 88 pack deal frm ebay so dno hw mny days tht wil last me lool....gt butterflies in me tum in anticipation for this box hehe been a long time since last done a vlcd lol...wna join gym too sum point...need to get sum scales tdai sum point or else wont b able to get ne tmo cz dno if owt is open tmo?...

    Morning, the pack should last U around 29 days if U have 3 a day, or 22 days if U have 4 per day.
    I would imagine most places will be shut tomorrow so better getting them today =)

    Well it is true.. U can put the weight all back on, U can with any diet but U just need to make it a life changing decision, make sure U eat healthy when U come off plan and slowly introduce food, I lost 3.5 stone last yr on this, then slowly introduced food and ended up losing another 2.5 after, so it can be done if your carefull :-)

    Don't listen to any negative comments, alot of ppl are arragant and rude when it comes to dieting, just focus on yourself and what U want xxx
