    2014 - My last restart!

    Hi all,

Hello again. As most of you know I've been faffing about on this diet since sept and have lost and regained the same stone umpteen times.

Time to get serious. Weighed in today at 18 stones. Aaaargh.

This time if I fall off the wagon I'm getting right back on it. No more - "I've broke it, what's the point, might as well wait til Monday/after my days off/after my holiday or whatever excuse I've allowed myself to use in the past.

I've 17 days til a weeks holiday in Tenerife. Mini goal is to have lost a stone by then.

My weigh in will be a Sunday.

    So day one. Again!

    Wish me luck. Again!

    Good luck (Again! Lol).
Seriously though - a new diary is a great idea as you can see your beginning mission statement nice and clearly and see how you're feeling which should keep you going. You'll do great and anything you can get off before your holiday is all good!!
Plus there's no big festivities (like Christmas!!) getting in the way!!
    Welcome back!!
I started Sunday and it's been easier then my head thought it would be! I was thinking the worst! But I've started packs as late as I can in the day, and have been going to bed early too!! In my eyes a shorter day means less hunger! Lol.
Oh and am gonna go for this squat challenge too!! Eeek!!! Xx

    Thank you Sammy (again lol).

Today going ok. Started my packs at 12 as I'm a night time "eater" so starting as late as possible helps.

I've joined you ladies in the squat challenge too - already done my 30 for the day .

    Your doing brilliantly Sammy x

Well done Marie!! See you're ahead of me - I haven't squatted yet!! Will start them once little in awakes from her nap - she's asleep on me! Ha ha. I'm a night time eater too so try to hold off so I can 'indulge' in the evening! Xx

Whoo hoo to the new diary. There's something different in the air in 2014.

And whoo hoo on the squats. I just did mine to a tune carefully chosen by my OH - Achey Breaky Heart - I was laughing so much it didn't have time to hurt. Although it feels easier having got up to 250 last time I'm sure there will be achey breaky thighs tomorrow.

I am actually boring myself with my continuous restarts. Every day for months had started with a shake and descended into chaos.

Day one nearly over and that's a massive achievement for me.

    Wel rock this x

So day one nearly over and it wasn't so bad. It's a major achievement for me to get through day one as I've been messing about for months. Was a wee bit over my calories as I had a wafer but that's ok.

    Day one - calories 750, carbs 48.

    Bring on day 2...
