    Mission Slim-possible: Blast This Ass!

    Hey beautiful ones! I'm back to get down to this weight loss business again - once and for all I hope!
    I basically have a junk food addiction and the more I eat the less satisfied I seem to be.
    So it's really about bloody time I sorted my sh*t out a decide to treat my body with the respect it deserves.
    I feel like an oul' one some days. Even the simplest things I took for granted when slimmer like going upstairs,
    putting on a pair of tights, getting into and out of the bath - they are becoming torturous!!! It's ridiculous!!!

    I've started Slim & Save today for the umpteenth time (got down to 9st 10 two years ago on a VLCD to be a bridesmaid) as
    I know it will work and show quick results once I stick to it.

    No more faffing about! I want to feel bright and airy and happy again, brimming with the joys of life!

    Let's band together and rid ourselves of this burden of blubber for good and all!!

    Right so today I have so far had a bar for brekkie (I am substituting the Tesco Ultra Slim Meal Replacement ones for now as they are cheaper!)
    and a strawberry shake for lunch.
    Getting hungry for dinner already ahhhh (shush rumbling tummy!) so looking forward to two-egg omelette with mackeral, shallot and pepper
    and a choc shake (made thick like a pudding) for afters.
    Get a half day on a Friday at work.....nice.....so just over an hour to go to the weekend, hooray!

    Hope everyone's doing great today be it your first, second or whateverth day! It's gonna be a tough first few days
    but we are tough too so let's stick it out until it gets easier and easier to resist as we watch our shrinking waistlines!

    Aww thanku lol was my happiest then too lol....have had hazlenut shake and one piece of fish cooked in curry sauce bt had washed the fish offf...hpin wont do too much damage have cplained to mum wt im doin...she nt over moon abt it bt frm tmo bk to hundred percent no fish or chicken till i see results on the scales...hw much u wna lose? I wna lose abt three n half to four stone fingers crossee x

    Wait til ur Mum sees the results & she'll have no more doubts I'm sure! Yep I want to lose 4st too. Am size 18 now & would ideally like to get back

    Haha! I tried to write this message using Transl8it! - understand SMS text message slang & chat lingo shorthand but I couldn't bring myself to post it! Lol!

    I don't judge people on looks, I judge them on spelling, punctuation and grammar! My sister is dyslexic and I am like a school teacher with a red pen whenever she writes anything on Facebook! Haha!


    I'm doing ok today. Been quite emotional and light headed, along with being extra snappy with the OH earlier on, but I stuck at it and I'm still here! Hoping day 3 is kinder to me! How are you getting on? xx
