    how did your day 1 go kayroo? all was good for me, got hungry around 10pm but distracted myself with a project and then went to bed!

    day 2 and feeling a bit headachey so hoping i'll be in ketosis by about teatime tonight, i usually am by 6pm on day 2 lol!

    Hi day six for me went to Zumba last night feeling it this morning felt very conscious going but all shapes and sizes there had swede chips last night yummy strawberry shake for b/f first weigh in Monday xx

    i defo am lucky that way, i st did a stick and its this colour so nearly there! i had one attempt where it took like 4 days and t was horrible!!!!

    have picked my motivation dress, going to order it on monday! cant wait its so pretty!!! its so hard trying to not weigh till next week! im a serial weigher and its so much more encouraging seeing a big drop after a week as opposed to a little drop every day! my reward to myself each week if im 100% is a beuaty treatment so if im 100% all week this week ill get eyelash extensions but in, find making the effort with my appearance makes me more determned to lose weight :-)

    had a maple bar (ive ordered from sml diet this week) and its ok but nothing on the sns one. im basially ordering from whatever company has the best deal that week, sml always has codes and stuff going :-). have signed up for the sml new year new you challenge which has prizes and stuff for the winners, MEGA MOTIVATION!!!
