    Day four ?

    His morning I don't fancy any shakes not hungry at all had a coffee and will have a shake soon did a ketosis check and it's light pink does that mean I'm in ketosis or not haven't got the container as a friend gave me a few sticks feel very tired today would like to go back to bed when does the energy kick in ?!?xx how's everyone else doing Monday is my weigh in anyone else do Mondays ??x

    Hello Zoe, I am on day 4, too. So my weigh-in is as well on Monday.
    I am not 100% sure, but I think when the sticks turn pink it means that you are in ketosis.
    I am tired, too, and so hope that this will change soon, as it makes doing anything really hard. I am not hungry either, had my breakfast this morning and lunch now, but only because I know I need to eat them...

    Yes light pink will mean ketosis. I use them occasionally especially when starting off but they are not hugely accurate. They can also go out of date if they are exposed to air so if you just have the stick on their own that might be the case. But yes I think you will know by the bad breath and the need to clean out cupboards . That's how it works for me.

    Also have you thought about starting a diary thread so you can look back on all your updates in the one place. I started one late and wished I'd done it earlier.

    Thankyou clinquant xx feeling so tired today and not hung rye had one shake at one nothing else will have a chilli ok with veg now then shake hot later xx yes a tread would be better I'm new to this and started a few lol so if I start one do I ask my questions just on that ??xx

    Takes a while to get used to it. I think most questions would get answers from your diary and it's a great thing to read back later. If it's a really general question then you can put it in the general thread - just called Slim and Save.
