The final stone....or two?
I'm starting SnS today to try lose the final stone. In the last 9 months I lost 3st, I've done Lipotrim for 6 weeks and a combination Atkins/low cal/low carb/fasting, the list goes on, you name it I've done it!
Christmas came and I put on around 10lb and since then I've struggled to lose it! Did Atkins again, lost 6lb put then put it back on in a weekend of boozing and eating!
So here I am, I have nothing planned for the next few weeks so going to give this a go. My packs arrived today. I was at work when they arrived, I left home at 5am and didn't get back til 2pm, so had some poached eggs at work for breakfast, not ideal but tomorrow will be better.
so today's menu goes like this
B- 2 poached eggs
L- spicy spaghetti pack (surprisingly nice!)
D- 100g chicken breast and 200g veg (spinach or broccoli)
