I guys i have just received my food packs for the next 7 days. Tmrw morning big start!! Never tried this diet before but done low carbs by myself. Lost 4stones i stopped. Didnt gain but disnt lose anymore.
Now im here to finish my route! Im 149lbs n need to b 130lbs.

As you've probably read - it's a good idea to space out your 'packs' and distract yourself loads, and glug the water!!
Take it hour by hour and before you know it you'll be at your weekly weigh in!!

Thanks Sammy. I do think my weight lose wont go as quick as others because i have already lost 4 stones doing my own low carb so my body is used to. Hoping the meal replacemwnts will boost my body to lose more. I also drink 3-4 l water a day anyway so that wont b a problem.
Excited for tmrw! I read some good tips about adding veg n meat to food packs rather than creatinf separate healthy meal.
I loved the idea of zero noodles as that will boost my spaghetti n some cauliflour to cheesy pasta or okra to curry. I think it will b lovely!
I have been on Slim and Save dor 5 weeks now and i have lost 11 lbs ;-) i am 9 lbs away from my target weight which is 9st5lbs i like slim n save a lot! Food is nice and thw allowance od veg n meet makes all the difference
