Luv2BSlim's S&S Diary - I'm back AGAIN
I'm back and going to do a VLCD again. I do already have an old diary somewhere in this section but wanted to make a new one, I can be a bit of a past dweller so don't want to encourage it so I'm just going to start afresh. I cannot change the past but can at least try and change my future.
So I'm back/restarting because: in March 2012 I started S&S weighing about 15st 9 lb, I did 12 weeks and lost 33.5 lb. I then had a week break but it actually turned into two weeks. I got back on plan and did S&S for about another 4 weeks losing a bit more weight (taking my total to about 39 lb) then stopped again - I gave up. I was not following any diet plan for about 2 months, during those 2 months off I regained almost 20 lb. I knew I needed to get my butt in gear before I regained all that I had lost and that's when I decided to finally try JUDDDD. I started JUDDDD on 1st October 2012 and stayed doing that plan until roughly the end of March 2013, in total I lost nearly 2 stone (about just over 25 lb). So from March 2012 to March 2013 I lost about 45 lb.
At the end of March 2013 I wanted a break from the whole dieting thing, my will power died I suppose. I stopped following a plan and therefore gained some lbs back. On 30th April 2013 I got very motivated and did another 4 weeks of S&S and lost 15 lb, taking my weight down to 12st 3.5 lb. I then apparently lost all motivation and gave up AGAIN and I have been off plan ever since. That's about 10 months of no dieting and eating whatever and too much of whatever.
Later today I will be taking some before photos and measurements. I'm sure I will absolutely adore my scales on Monday morning when I see just how much weight I have put on

Total weight lost so far: 45.¼ lb (25.¼ lb on JUDDD and 20 lb on Slim & Save)
Total weight left to lose: 27 lb My Diary Started JUDDD on 1st October 2012 weighing 14st 3.¼ lb Weight lost in Oct 2012: 10.¾ lb (13st 6.5 lb)
Weight lost in Nov 2012: 3.¾ lb (13st 2.¾ lb)
Weight lost in Dec 2012 (1st - 24th): 2.¾ lb (13st 0 lb) Had 10 days off plan over Christmas: Didn't weigh myself to find out how much I gained. Weight lost in Jan 2013 (4th - 31st): 4 lb (12st 10 lb)
Weight lost in Feb 2013: 2 lb (12st 8 lb)
15/03/13: -1.¼ lb (12st 6.¾ lb)
23/03/13: -0.¾ lb (12st 6 lb)
Came off plan for 5-6 weeks and regained 12.5 lb (13st 4.5 lb)
28/05/13: Completed 4 weeks of VLCD and lost 15 lb (12st 3.5 lb) Start weight & size: 15st 9.¼ lb, size 22-24
Current weight & size: 12st 6 lb, size 16-18 (18 is loose, 16 still slightly clingy)
Goal weight & size: 10st 7 lb, size 14
