Want2BeSlim's S&S Diary - I'm back again
I'm back and going to do a VLCD again. I do already have an old diary somewhere in this section but wanted to make a new one, I can be a bit of a past dweller when it comes to weight/diets so don't want to encourage it so I'm just going to start afresh. I cannot change the past but can at least try and change my future.
So I'm back/restarting because: in March 2012 I started S&S weighing about 15st 9 lb, I did 12 weeks and lost 33.5 lb. I then had a week break but it actually turned into two weeks. I got back on plan and did S&S for about another 4 weeks losing a bit more weight (taking my total to about 39 lb) then stopped again - I gave up. I was not following any diet plan for about 2 months, during those 2 months off I regained almost 20 lb. I knew I needed to get my butt in gear before I regained all that I had lost and that's when I decided to finally try JUDDDD. I started JUDDDD on 1st October 2012 and stayed doing that plan until roughly the end of March 2013, in total I lost nearly 2 stone (about just over 25 lb). So from March 2012 to March 2013 I lost about 45 lb.
At the end of March 2013 I wanted a break from the whole dieting thing, my will power died I suppose. I stopped following a plan and therefore gained some lbs back. On 30th April 2013 I got very motivated and did another 4 weeks of S&S and lost 15 lb, taking my weight down to 12st 3.5 lb. I then apparently lost all motivation and gave up AGAIN and I have been off plan ever since. That's about 10 months of no dieting and eating whatever and too much of whatever.
Later today I will be taking some before photos and measurements. I'm sure I will absolutely adore my scales on Monday morning when I see just how much weight I have put on :faint2:
