Today being as good a day as any I'm starting slim and save. Dabbled a few times before but struggle with hunger. Here's hoping I can stick to it because I'm not quitting in my quest to lose these pounds. Starting mass - 205 pounds. Eeek
I started 3 weeks ago today.....and have lost 16lb. Days 3 and 4 are the hardest in my opinion...but here I am 3 weeks in...and as my son would say I am bossing it LOL.
Stay with it.....take one day at a time and don't give into temptation. Once you are in ketosis life is a lot easier

Don't worry about the starting weight - the number will be lower before you know it. The trick is to take it hour by hour and drink loads of water and if all else fails just go to bed early. Have a great day.
