And so I'm back again... Coming towards the end of day two and so far so good... I'm hungry but not starving and I can cope!
So far today I've had two shakes and a chicken salad... Well lettuce! Just going to my mums to pick up my order that was delivered today so maybe a bar tonight or some banoffee porridge... Decisions!
