Hi all, some might remember me from being here before, I'm back for 4 weeks to try lose a stone before my weekend away at the end of May. I went from 14st 9lbs to 11st 1lb between October and January but have gained a stone since then from bad eating habits. I'm doing 4 packs a day for the next 4 weeks then will see how I go from there x
 
Me to 4 packs from today had choc shake this am another at 1pm, let's spur each other on, it's seems very quiet on this site lately. I will be on the plan for next 9 weeks, then hol for a week and then back on plan after my hols, need to lose around 3 stone.
 
I have a holiday planned for end of July so would ideally like to have lost 2 stone by then but will concentrate on the first stone then see how it goes. Good luck, what day are you on? x
 
Just saw your diary and seen you're on day 1 too. Lets hope we get a nice loss this time next week x
 
Your certainly lose that by end July no problem. I'm trying for 2 st by end of June lol. So let's do it together, I keep thinking of lying on the beach. I'm only going to Benidorm lol, really wanted to try Blackpool on sea lol. I love tribute acts, cabaret nites so will be up my street, I'm not one for totally peace and quite. Where you off to end July.
 
We're off to Gran Canaria for a week and the friend I'm going with is not only beautiful but skinny too so I need to get some of this chub off lol. I know we're not really supposed to do strenuous exercise on this but I love my kickboxing which I do twice a week so not going to stop. Will just have an extra pack on those days for the energy x
 
Heyaa yAy ur bk :) yday was ma bday n tdai was a disaater so im going for two weeks simplicity n then gna try n do anther two weeks with one lifestyle day a week....heres hopin we can do this :) yday xxx

Lool i reli dnt think so coz been faffin with planned days here n theri.e ma bday yday etc lol gna attempt simplicity for bit..soo close n yet so far on the scalss tho nt too surw abt invh loss lol xx
 
Sorry everyone, didnt end up sticking to it as I was feeling too faint when I did exercise. I'm an exercise junkie so didnt want to give it up. I lost 4lbs this week just from eating better and doing my usual kickboxing and swimming so just going to carry on as I am x
