    Ok. So I'm not on S&S (Sorry!) but I wanted to post a diary on here as I'm on a very similar VLCD and I'm an ex-S&Ser and know this section is really supportive.

    Anyway last year I lost 3 stone on S&S. I kept two and a half of it off for a good few months until I moved house. When I started my new job I ended up staying in a hotel for over a month eating pub food. And the weight went straight back on. Since then I've tried to get it off to no avail because I just can't get my head in the right place. So I've decided to go back on a VLCD to get it off. I know it works, and I know it helps me get out of all my dreadful food habits.

    Today was my first day. In some ways it's quite nice being back on the packs and not having to think about food. Can't wait to start seeing the results and shrink this massive stomach I've managed to get!

    Day 2 went well. Only had 3 packs though as I was so busy attempting to build a desk that I accidentally missed pack 4. Oops! Sneaky weigh in this morning showed 4lb off which is a great booster. Fingers crossed today's another good day and bring on the losses!
